We take a whole-body approach—considering your current and past health history, environment, and lifestyle—to understand what’s truly driving your symptoms. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we focus on how your body’s systems work together to support your health.

By identifying the root cause, we help your body restore optimal function. And because every body is different, your wellness plan is fully personalized to meet your unique needs.

Once we understand the root cause, we use the “Functional Fundamentals” as the key levers to support your body in restoring balance.

Our Process

Our work together follows three phases: Evaluation, Recommendation, and Optimization.

This is a 12-week therapeutic partnership, designed to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.

Phase I: Evaluation

We take a deep dive to understand your unique physiology, health history, and how your body is responding to hormonal and metabolic shifts.

  • Comprehensive intake form (health history, lifestyle, goals)
    Food, mood, and digestion journal (to identify patterns in energy, cravings, and blood sugar)

  • Sleep diary (to assess quality, disruptions, and recovery)

  • Functional lab testing (e.g., stool and micronutrient analysis)

  • Session 1: 60-minute virtual consultation to map your Functional Nutrition Matrix and review findings

Phase II: Recommendation

You’ll receive a fully personalized, bio-individual plan designed to support your body’s healing—with a strong focus on metabolic and hormonal balance.

  • Customized nutrition and supplement protocol (with emphasis on blood sugar balance, protein intake, and inflammation support)

  • Recovery strategies (sleep + stress support)

  • Gut restoration plan (to support digestion and hormone metabolism)

  • Movement goals (focused on strength, muscle support, and metabolic health)

  • Targeted strategies for symptom support (energy, sleep, mood, body composition

  • Additional testing recommendations (if needed)

  • Session 2: 60-minute virtual consultation to review and implement your plan

Phase III: Optimization

This is where we refine, adjust, and build momentum—as your body shifts, your plan evolves with it.

  • Four 30-minute check-ins (every two weeks)

  • Additional touchpoints/support between sessions as needed

  • Ongoing adjustments based on your progress, symptoms, and goals

  • Personalized guidance, accountability, and education

This phase is all about partnership—continuously optimizing what’s working so you can feel more stable, energized, and confident in your body.
